Jessica's class was phenomenal. I highly encourage anyone to take this course regardless of your profession. I learned easy exercises and actionable techniques to rebalance my nervous system. The best part was some of these exercises are only a few minutes long so busy nurses can implement these at work or while on a break. Jessica is calm, warm and engaging. She creates a safe healing space for her students to learn and connect. I left every class feeling refreshed and like I had a new tool in my toolbox to tackle the next day. The thing I loved most about this course was the information was easy to implement into my life with little time. As well as small changes count and make a big difference. Thank you Jessica for sharing all of your knowledge with us!" - Christine Pardee, RN

Course Overview

The purpose of this course is to empower nurses, first responders, and other healthcare professionals to prevent and heal burnout and optimize resilience so they can envision, create, and implement positive change. Based on Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Psychology, and Neurophysiology.

This course teaches nurses, first responders, and other healthcare professionals how to choose evidence-based tools that regulate the nervous system, build capacity, and increase social engagement.

Somatic transformation aims not only to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and promote self-awareness and resilience, but ultimately supports us in embodying new ways of being, aligned with a broader vision.
